Apprentice Program

Our Apprentice Program is a rigorous training program that teaches our riders the fundamentals of horse care, including grooming and tacking a horse prior to riding, barn maintenance and care, feeding and watering the horses, etc. Graduates of the program have gained the skills they need to be safe and efficient when helping the teen Workers who manage the horses before and after lessons. Classes run at various times, usually on a Saturday morning and are open to anyone age 12 and over.
